1. Shipping Time
Once your order is received and processed, it will be shipped to your specified delivery address via trusted courier services. Please allow the following timeframes for delivery:
West Malaysia: 2 – 7 working days
East Malaysia: 3 – 14 working days
Please note that the delivery time may vary for pre-order items or during promotional sales events. We will notify you of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates
The delivery fee is determined by the weight or volume weight of your package and the delivery destination. The rate will be calculated and applied at checkout.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or additional charges incurred during the shipping process.
3. Order & Delivery Schedule
Delivery charges are based on the weight/volume of the package and the destination. These charges will be calculated and presented at checkout, and the recipient will be responsible for paying them.
We do not deliver on weekends or on public holidays.
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided in the online order form. Please ensure that this address is complete and accurate.
4. Unsuccessful Deliveries
In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to:
Absence of the recipient at the time of delivery
Incorrect, incomplete, or missing address details
We will not be held responsible for reshipping or re-routing the parcel. Any additional costs incurred for re-delivery or re-routing due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package will be at the customer's expense.
We will not issue a refund or replacement for missing items if the delivery was unsuccessful due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is essential that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete to avoid delays or additional charges. Please double-check all information during checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

The MyBaker appliance warranty can vary depending on the specific model and type of appliance. Generally, new MyBaker appliances come with 6-12 months limited warranty from the date of delivery.
MyBaker Appliance Warranty Overview
1. Oven:
Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of delivery.
Covered Parts: Heater and digital panel only.
Exclusions: Door glass, bulb, handle, accessories, baking stone, oven body, and dented parts are considered wear and tear and are not covered.
Post-Warranty: Heater, digital panel, and labor costs will be charged after the warranty period.
2. Stand Mixer:
Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of delivery.
Covered Parts: Motor only.
Exclusions: Accessories, bowls, and dented parts are considered wear and tear and are not covered.
Post-Warranty: Motor and labor costs will be charged after the warranty period.
3. Wireless Hand Mixer:
Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of delivery.
Covered Parts: Battery and motor only.
Exclusions: Accessories, cracked holders, and damaged cables are considered wear and tear and are not covered.
Replacement: A brand-new unit will be replaced during the warranty period.
Repair Restrictions: The wireless hand mixer cannot be repaired.
Post-Warranty: No repairs or replacements after the warranty period.
Repairs & Replacements:
Return Location: Products need to be returned to the MyBaker experience hall or factory for repair/replacement.
Consumer Responsibility: The cost of returning the product for repair/replacement is borne by the consumer.
Repair Time: It takes up to 10-14 working days for repairs.
Warranty on Repaired Products: After the warranty, repaired products come with a 3-month warranty.

MyBaker电器的保修期根据具体型号和电器类型可能有所不同。一般情况下,新购买的MyBaker电器从交货之日起提供6-12个月的有限保修。MyBaker 电器保修:

保修期: 从交货日起12个月。
保修范围: 仅限热管和电板。
不在保修范围内: 门玻璃、灯泡、把手、配件、石板、烤箱本体、烤箱凹入被视为磨损和老化问题,不在保修范围内。
保修期后:过了保修期后电板、热管和修理费用需要自付。
搅拌机:
保修期: 从交货日起12个月,仅限电机。
保修范围: 仅限马达。
不在保修范围内: 配件损坏、碗和牙齿部件被视为磨损和老化问题,不在保修范围内。
保修期后:过了保修期后马达和修理费用需要自付。
无线手持搅拌机:
保修期: 从交货日起12个月。
保修范围: 仅限电池和马达。
不在保修范围内: 配件损坏、手柄裂开和电缆损坏被视为磨损和老化问题,不在保修范围内。
更换: 在保修期内将更换一台全新的产品。
维修限制: 无线手持搅拌机无法维修。维修和更换:
返回地点: 产品需要返回MyBaker体验厅或工厂进行维修或更换。
消费者责任: 来回邮费和维修费用由消费者承担。
维修时间: 维修需时约10-14个工作日。
保修期后维修产品: 维修后的产品提供3个月的保修期。
